For five days in December 2015, the audience at West Space gallery engaged with this interactive performance work, which involved a different process each day for serving 4 dishes and branding Roti Bread before eating at the vitrine. This work was a response to a one-year social engagement research project that explored food as a marker of urban identity with people from diverse backgrounds throughout Melbourne. Elements of this project can be seen in the accompanying video work Re-public.
